Terms of Service

The service

ThinkTask provides project management, social media publishing and reporting tools for agencies. It can publish to, and report on, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile accounts you connect. Your workspace administrator controls who can access your workspace and what they can do in it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content your team creates, schedules, and publishes through ThinkTask, and for having the rights and the account owner's permission to publish it on the connected accounts. Don't use the service for unlawful content or spam.

Connected platforms

When you connect a channel, your use of that platform through ThinkTask is also subject to its own terms:

• YouTube: by using ThinkTask's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google Business Profile and Google Calendar: the Google Terms of Service.
• Facebook and Instagram: Meta's terms, and ThinkTask's own use follows the Meta Platform Terms.
• LinkedIn: the LinkedIn User Agreement.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep ThinkTask reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Third-party platforms may change or interrupt their APIs, which can affect publishing and reporting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkster's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Billing and termination

Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may request deletion of your data — see data deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell workspace owners about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use ThinkTask after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
