The service
ThinkTask provides project management and social media publishing tools for agencies. Your workspace administrator controls who can access your workspace and what they can do in it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content your team creates, schedules, and publishes through ThinkTask, and for having the rights to publish it on the connected accounts. Publishing through connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms (including the Meta Platform Terms). Don't use the service for unlawful content or spam.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep ThinkTask reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Third-party platforms may change or interrupt their APIs, which can affect publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkster's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Billing and termination
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may request deletion of your data — see data deletion.
